Java Runtime Utility

 
In order to view the active buttons your browser needs to support a Java runtime environment.

First thing to try is make sure your browser's java engine is activated, if you use Internet Explorer go to tools, internet options, advanced, and scroll down to Microsoft VM, make sure the Java Consule Enabled box is checked (it will require a restart if you make any changes).

If that does not work for you then you need to download a Java runtime environment engine.

To download and install a free version of Java Standard Edition Runtime from Sun Microsystems for Windows, Linux, or Solaris visit their website at http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp

Macintosh users may need to consult the apple support webpage at http://www.apple.com
